DIASENTINEL: An Auditable Multi-Agent System for Guideline-Grounded Diabetes Risk Screening
Clinical LLM deployment needs auditability and grounding to work. This system addresses real failure modes: hallucinated facts, unsupported recommendations, citation errors.
